Transgender Illegal Alien Arrested for Rape of 14-Year-Old Boy in NYC Bodega Bathroom

A transgender illegal alien wanted by federal immigration authorities has been arrested for allegedly stalking and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in Manhattan.

The attack took place on Tuesday in East Harlem, according to police sources.

‘Nicol’ Suarez, 30, originally from Colombia, allegedly followed the teenager into the restroom of a bodega located across the street from Thomas Jefferson Park before attacking him.

Following the incident, the victim managed to exit the bathroom and alert nearby witnesses, who then called law enforcement, sources said.

Suarez was taken into custody the following day and has been charged with first-degree rape.

Authorities also confirmed that Suarez had active warrants in both New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Additionally, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had placed a detainer request on Suarez, a law enforcement source revealed.

However, details regarding the out-of-state charges remain unclear.

An ICE detainer is a request for local law enforcement to hold an individual in custody until federal immigration authorities can assume control.

The situation has reignited discussions on New York City’s sanctuary policies, with some officials arguing that such policies prevent the removal of violent offenders.

“It just goes to show that Donald Trump and [border czar] Tom Homan are correct that you need to get the violent people out of New York City, and Eric Adams, Letitia James, and Kathy Hochul should all cooperate because this person has an ICE detainer,” one source said.

“ICE could just pick this person up and deport them back,” the source continued. “But due to our sanctuary laws, we can’t do anything.”

Initially, prosecutors requested that Suarez be held on $500,000 bail or a $1.5 million bond.

However, Judge Elizabeth Shamahs, who was elected on the Democratic ticket and took office in January, reduced the bail amount to $100,000 or a $250,000 bond, according to court records.

“I feel really bad for the kid that has to go through this because his life will never be the same,” the source said. “

We worry about the migrants, but what about the victim? This is a true victim.”

As of Saturday, online records showed that Suarez was being held at Rikers Island.

Local residents expressed outrage over the attack.

“This rapist should be deported so he can’t do that to any other innocent young boy,” said Lindsaey Gonzalez, a 24-year-old mother.

“That boy must be traumatized a lot for the rest of his life. I feel bad for him because I’m a mother.”

The case also shocked local business owners. Azid Haime, the 59-year-old owner of 2234 East Side Deli, reacted strongly upon hearing about the assault.

“Oh my God, that is disgusting,” Haime said. “He destroyed that little boy’s life! All my body is shaking. I want to sit. I can’t explain how I feel. I’m more than angry.”

Suarez remains in custody as the case progresses, with growing concerns over the handling of criminal migrants in sanctuary cities such as New York.
