'Eagles defense most dominant in Super Bowl history'

Sky Sports NFL analyst Jeff Reinebold stated on Inside the Huddle that the Philadelphia Eagles’ defense was the “most dominant in Super Bowl history” during their victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. The Eagles, led by Jalen Hurts, thwarted the Chiefs’ chances for a historic three-peat, achieving a decisive 40-22 win in Super Bowl 59 held in New Orleans on Sunday. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes struggled significantly, throwing two interceptions—one of which was returned for a touchdown by Cooper DeJean—losing a fumble, and being sacked six times, effectively ending Kansas City’s championship aspirations against a formidable Eagles defense. “I think the first half in particular might have been the most dominant I’ve witnessed in a Super Bowl,” Reinebold remarked on the last episode of the Sky Sports Inside the Huddle podcast this season.
